Nanjing soup dumpling!

Happy lao wai New Year!  Fat Yu get holiday time!  So Fat Yu go to Nanjing for holiday!

So close to Shanghai, but Fat Yu never go before!  Nanjing famous for 3 things!

1. Was capital of China!  
2. Japanese do terrible things here!
3. Soup dumpling!

Nanjing soup dumpling different than Shanghai style!  Much bigger, and very little meat!  Almost all soup!

They give you chopsticks but no need!  Also give you straw!  You drink soup with straw like milk tea!

Is very hot!  Everybody burn the mouth!  But doesn't matter!  Soup is so delicious!  Delicious pork and crab taste!

We go to restaurant famous for soup dumpling!  Is all they make!

Fat Yu have soup dumpling between lunch and dinner!  Is perfect snack!  But of course, I eat many more snack, because...
