Korea Food: Oysters!

South of Busan city is island called Geoje Island!  Is very beautiful!  But because is winter, nobody there!

Good for Fat Yu and wife, because is not crowded like Shanghai!  Plus they build new bridge, so is very easy to get there!  Just drive one hour!

Fat Yu and wife plan on boat tour to see Haegeumgang Island!  But boat does not leave for more than two hour!  Eh, what to do for two hour?!  Of course, eat lunch!

Even though Geoje Island very empty in winter, it is good news that winter in Korea is when oysters very fresh!  Fat Yu and wife like oysters very much, but oyster in Shanghai very not clean!  In Korea, oysters very clean!

Near boat tour is many restaurant!  Serve many fresh oyster!



Fat Yu no speak Korean (and they no speak Shanghainese!) so we point at picture on the wall, like the laowai in China!  Ha ha, this time we are laowai!

First we eat raw oysters - they bring many oyster with sesame and green onion!  Is many, many oysters and is very delicious!


Also order famous Korean dish, bibimbap!  Is like cold bozaifan made with vegetables and beef!  But instead of beef, this time made with raw oyster!  Is very excellent taste - has sweet, has salty and when add Korea chili sauce, has a little spicy!  (But not like Sichuan spicy!)


Many fresh vegetables and soup make for full meal!  We like oyster so much that we almost miss boat tour!  Who can miss boat tour because of oyster?!
