Fried Chicken!

Many people complain that even though Fat Yu Shanghai person, I write about food from outside Shanghai!  I have many travels!  But now back in Shanghai and eat Shanghai food!

And Fat Yu have crave for fried chicken!  Even though is Taiwan style, is still Shanghai favorite!  Many many place in Shanghai sell Taiwan style fried chicken!  Has no bones, so is very easy to eat!

This place fry twice!  Once for cook, once for crispy!

They sells chicken patty and chicken pieces!  Fat Yu order chicken pieces!

Toss with salt and chili powder!  Is very delicious!

I am glad to be back in Shanghai!  Why?  Because I am Shanghai person!
