Fat Yu's Hong Kong Dim Sum Spectacular! Part Two!

On second day in Hong Kong, Fat Yu again awake early and go to eat dim sum!  Can never have too much!  Other place too expensive, too many rich Hong Kong people!  Now he go to local place!  Is much cheaper and open very early!  3 am!


Place is very small, but very crowded!  Very auspicious!  Fat Yu share table with many Hong Kong people!  One China!  But again, everybody except Fat Yu speak Cantonese, so cannot talk to each other!  No matter, the ladies walk around with trays so Fat Yu can see and point to what he want!

Fat Yu again order many dishes!

Roast pork buns!  Is pretty good!  Filling salty and sweet, bread soft and delicious!


Beef balls!  (Is best part of the beef!)  Very good texture - springy and chewy!  But Fat Yu miss the crunch of water chestnut!


Shiu Mai!  Is most popular dish at the restaurant!  They make many of them, so is always fresh!  Has very good taste, even have crab roe on the top!  Very delicious!


Chicken and rice steamed in leaf!  Now this is what I talk about!  They use proper sticky rice!  Very good taste!


Shrimp dumpling!  Again, very good taste!  But, eh, not as good as Luk Yu!


5 dishes for only 100 RMB!  Is very good price!  And this time nobody laugh at Fat Yu!  Fat Yu recommend for dim sum in Hong Kong!
